The project is a renovation of the ~5,000 SF office space, of which ~3,000 SF is for sole occupancy. The existing space was built in 1982 and renovated in 1012. The overarching goal of this renovation includes updating the space for modern working environment and increasing occupancy of specific spaces. Updating the lighting system seems straight forward from LED development perspective. On top of that, lighting designers were asked to deliver an updated lighting system that has low impact on the ceiling.
